This course is all range shooting. You will learn Defensive Shooting technics for shooting behind concealment/cover. Learn the different between Point Shoot, Flash Sight, and Sighted shooting. Learn single handed shooting, shooting from kneeling position. Learn how to handle 3 types of stoppages that could occur. This course is approximately 5 hours.
Course Requirements: you must have completed a Basic Beginners shooting course (NRA Women On Target, NRA First Steps Pistol, NRA Basic Pistol, or a USCCA Basic Handgun Course).
NRA Member’s Council of the Antelope Valley will Supply 100 rds. of ammunition, targets, One on one trainer to student guidance and range fees.
